Over time, I have seen many projects move through different organizations, some achieving great success, while others struggled or ultimately failed. Through these experiences, and many conversations with members of project teams along the way, I began thinking about how the well-known Project Management Iron Triangle could be visualized in a more interactive and intuitive way.
To explore that idea, I created an interactive version of the model that helps illustrate how changes to Resources, Scope, and Schedule influence the overall project balance.
